What we collect
- When you use the contact form: your name, email address, company, the services you are interested in and your message.
- When you sign up for story updates (“Never miss a story”): your email address.
- When you email or call us: the details you give us, and our reply.
- When you browse the site: technical information such as your device, browser, the pages you visit and your approximate location, collected through cookies and similar tools (see our Cookies page).
Please do not send us sensitive information such as health details or payment card numbers. We do not need them.
How we use it, and why
- To reply to you and talk about a project. We do this because you asked us to, and because it is in our legitimate interest to answer enquiries.
- To send you updates about new episodes of HTC Originals, if you have signed up. We do this with your consent, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
- To understand how the site is used and keep it secure and working. We do this in our legitimate interest and, where the law requires it, with your consent to non-essential cookies.
- To meet our legal and accounting duties.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to make automated decisions about you.
Who we share it with
We only share personal information with people who help us run this website and our business, and only as much as they need:
- website hosting and maintenance providers
- email and form services that deliver contact form messages and story updates [name the providers once chosen]

- professional advisers such as accountants and lawyers
Our films play from YouTube or Vimeo, and only after you have allowed them (see our Cookies page). When you watch one, YouTube (Google) or Vimeo may collect information about you under its own privacy policy, and we do not control what it does with it.
We may also share information where the law requires it, or to protect our legal rights.
Where it is stored
We aim to keep your information in the UK or the European Economic Area. If a provider handles it elsewhere, for example in the United States, we make sure suitable safeguards are in place, such as an approved data transfer agreement.
How long we keep it

This website is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

This site links to other sites, including YouTube and our social media pages. They have their own privacy policies and we are not responsible for them.
